For example, the ancient Babylonian tablets had a varied presence of the number 7, in fact the presence on them was almost constant. Another point is that seven is the only number that cannot be divided or multiplied within the group of numbers between 1 and 10.

Our brains implicitly record this, and when combined with other factors, it can be associated with happiness. In fact, this is the main reason why this number becomes so special, as humans are very sensitive to the various and multiple arithmetic patterns (sequences of numbers that follow a specific rule or formula, such as consistent addition, multiplication, or other mathematical operations).
